About Conference

Avdharan-25 is a forum for presenting scientific results related to innovative, fundamental, and applied research in intelligent, sustainable, social, and secure computing. The conference aims to bring together academicians as well as industrial practitioners, to share their most recent research, practical solutions, and experiences and to discuss trends, opportunities, and challenges. The conference will consist of regular sessions with technical contributions (regular papers) reviewed and selected by an international program committee, as well as invited talks presented by leading scientists. Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, announces Avdharan-25, the fifthconference on intelligent, sustainable, social, and secure computing. Emphasizing the importance of connecting& share, Avdharan-25 aims at providing a platform for engineering educators to connect with leaders from academia and industry from all over the world. Engineering Educators will also have an opportunity to share their best practices that could help in bringing about transformational changes in engineering education. Selected papers will be published byan international publisher after the conference and indexed on Google Scholar.

  • Papers must be original and should not have been published elsewhere.
  • Submissions should be in English and follow the conference template.
  • Papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process for selection.
  • Selected papers will be published by an international publisher after the conference and submitted to Scopus Indexing.
  • Papers size must be less than 10 pages (Single column format). 1000 INR per page will be charged for extra pages

    Call for Session Chairs


    The Avdharan 2025 Committee is seeking session chairs for the 2025 Annual Conference. Please consider chairing an individual paper session.

    The Programme Committee is in charge of scheduling sessions for papers that were submitted separately and accepted for the programme. Volunteering for sessions arranged by the Programme Committee has been one of the most rewarding experiences for conference attendees. It can help you develop important links with scholars you would not have met otherwise. This opportunity is open to anybody who has been chosen to participate in a session, as well as those who are not presenting this year but want to attend and actively participate in our conference. Volunteers for the Chairmanship role are much appreciated.

    Please note that all volunteers must register to Annual Conference.

    When will the conference take place? Where is it located?
    The International Conference on “SUSTAINABLE COMPUTING FOR MULTIDISCIPLINARY REALITIES - ICETICT-24” will take place November 22-23, 2024 at Shri Vaishnav Institute of Information Technology of Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, in collaboration with ICT Academy in online mode.

    Am I eligible for the membership discount? What are the registration charges?
  • For CSI Member Academician, IEEE Member Academician , ACM Member Academician registration fee is Rs. 1500.
  • For Non-CSI Member Academician, Non-IEEE Member Academician, Non-ACM Member Academician registration fee is Rs. 2000.
  • For Industry Person registration fee is Rs. 2500.
  • For UG/PG students and PHD scholars registration fee is Rs 1500.
  • For Foreign Scholars registration fee is 50 US$.

    Is the conference schedule available?
    The participant list is sent to registered participants/attendees on their registered email after the registration deadline.

    How can I receive a list of participants or attendees?

    All presenters should have received a link to a page with information for session presenters, which includes a link to the PowerPoint template.

    Will I receive a certificate of attendee?
    Yes. Those who register as attendee will get only a participation certificate.
